Join me in a local stroller brigade for safe products!

Dear Moms, Friends, Family & Residents of the South Shore

I’m excited to announce that I’m planning local event to support safe products for our families and I’d love to have you participate. In partnership with the national coalition Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families, I’m one of many moms across the U.S. planning “stroller brigades” for safe chemicals. Please share with everyone you know. Its a FREE event that simply shares a better message!

Aren’t you tired of having to worry about which toxic chemicals are lurking in your homes, products and kid’s toys? Me too, and so I’m hosting a stroller brigade to ask/thank our Senator Gillibrand to co-sponsor the Safe Chemicals Act, a commonsense bill that would ensure chemicals are safe before they end up in our products and homes.

Please join me, and parents across the country in this fun event.

We’ll provide super hero capes for young children to wear and ask their Senators to be their hero for safe chemicals!



November 10th, 2011
10:00 AM– Meet at Riverside on the Boardwalk in Long Beach, NY 11561.

10:00-10:30 AM– Hand out superhero capes to kids, write hand-written letters to Senator Gillibrand, make signs and learn how to protect your family from toxic chemicals

10:30 AM– Walk the boardwalk then collect letters to send to Senator Gillibrand’s office in Washington
