Please join us this year on May 17th as Island Harvest MICAH continues to expand its efforts and deepen its commitment to advocacy against hunger on Long Island.
Fiscal challenges abound for our nation and our local community. It is especially important that we remain both informed on issues and active in the policy process.
This conference is gathering high level policy makers and advocates for you - to not only explain and discuss - but to offer clear advocacy actions. Be assured -- this is a follow up to - not a repeat of - the successful conference MICAH held last March.
We hope to see you there!
P.S. Thank you! We know each of you is combating hunger every day and it’s a very busy day. Perhaps there does not seem to be room for one more event. Yet we do need to take time to gather, share, support, strengthen, focus, plan and yes - charge forward again with one united voice.
